I have Black hair and fair skin and I get so many compliments when I wear MAC Underworld. I also love Nars Shanghai Express and Fire Down Below. MAC Russian Red is an awesome color too and if you want to darken it up a bit wear it over a deeper red liner like Nars Amazon or MAC Mahogany. Hope this helps!
