First, apply foundation on your lips. Then use a lipliner and outline your lips to the thickness you want your lips to be (within reason, please :) ).





Then apply lipstick (one shade lighter than the lipliner) and blend very well. You can also add a shine (gloss) at the middle part of your lips (upper and lower lips).

Line the outer line of your lips with lipliner. Fill with a matte lipstick and put a glossy lipstick on top a little heavier in the middle. This will give you a pouty look

what you'll need-Lip plumping lipstick and lip liner in bold shade.Bright pinks and deep roses.


-shinny,opaque lip gloss that matches your lipstick


-clear gloss


How to do-


1.Apply lipstick to lips they should get fuller in a few mins.


2.Mak a half smile(with-out teeth showing)line lips very carefully.Start middle of upper lip and draw line out to corner.Next line bottom lip,outside rim starting from centre working out.


3.Shinny gloss makes lips look fuller.Ilusion of fuller lips light reflects off.Carefully cover your whole mouth with the gloss.Be carefull and stay in the lines.


4.Tom make lips look more large,fill in just the center of your lips with more clear gloss.

are you trying to make your lips appealing to boys? use gloss...boys just love the glossiness of it.





but i think it is foolish...many people tried getting bigger lips and end up with puffy overlarge lips from experimenting.





stick to your lips...after all asian people think you look very pretty with big eyes, long hair and small noses and mouth.

Lip liner.
There are special lip sticks that add volume to your lips. They come in different colors and shades... I'm not too sure about the brand though.
I would not try to get bigger lips with any sort of makeup....you will look silly trying to draw any line outside of the natural one. Try Sephora for various lip plumping products (Lip Venom and LipFusion both work) and see how they work for you. Trust me, trying to make a lip fuller with make-up is a no go......
Use a lip plumper. Don't just use one color on your lips. Put on lip liner, lipstick of a different color, and lip gloss.
there is a lip gloss called hydroderm lip enhancements, it works very well. you can get it online.
put a little gloss on your bottom lip for a pouty look.
Apparently if you mouth the word CABBAGE over and over again (you don't have to say it out loud) your lips will eventually appear fuller!! (Though this might take longer than lipliner and lipstick)
lip liner or put ur lipstick a little around ur lips on ur face
try brushing your teeth with a toothbrush before putting on the lipstick, it causes them to become swoolen. Also, try lining the tips of the top lip and just a little of your bottom with l.i.g.h.t plum lip liner. it makes them look fuller :)

Have it tattooed or enhance it with lipliner and lipstick. Putting darker lipstick meaning on the red side will enhance your lips more rather than putting a light colored one
same as above except put the gloss in the center of the bottom lip. :o)
The best trick is to keep theem moisurized. In the AM, before anything, put a lip moisterizing balm on your lips, like chap stick, vasoline, or your favorite make up line will have something like this. After 5 to 10 minutes later then apply your liner, color. Keep a moistor gloss with you at all times and apply often through day. Drink lots of water. These are cheap ways to keep your lips ful and yummy all day.
