It depends on what ur skin color is if it is white try a dark pink almost purple. and if ur like a tan olive if u try like a brownish greenish color it really complements ur lips......makes em look really pouty and if ur extra dark deffinatley use a shiney shiney brown.If you put a darker color of lip gloss or lipstick on your bottom lip does it pake you look pouty?

what does work though is putting a lighter color lip gloss int eh middle of your bottom lips to make your lips look pouty errrr

No! the opposite is true: for pout lips use a slightley darker color on upper ip and a lighter shade in de middle of under lip.
It will make them fuller and more kissable ;)
if you put to much on then yes. but just a little is fine :)
I thought it was a lighter color gloss, no?
