Where can i get colorful eyeshadow and lipstick?

my friend did my eye and lips and did them rainbow! i want to do that but i can never find all the cools colors. i also want them cheep i don't want one color for like 20 dollars! so please help!!!Where can i get colorful eyeshadow and lipstick?
You can buy a coastal scents palette. They have 88 colors on it and run for 20-30 bucks (ebay might have them cheaper). I heard the color is amazing and the pigment is comparable to mac. I ordered mine a couple weeks ago, but haven't received it yet so I can't tell you for sure. If you type 'coastal scents' on youtube you'll get a lot of tutorials/reviews.

Ditto on the Coastal Scents palette. It's really good for having a wide variety of colors on hand. Also, Fyrinnae makes a lot of great pigments that have a lot of color payoff, and a sample size is really cheap. Their site is down now, but here's the link:

Go to claire's for eyeshadow. Kiddish, I know, BUT they have all sorts of colors-sparkly too :)





And for lipstick, I'm not sure. Maybe you could go to a halloween or costume store, they might have some!
