Where can i buy blue lipstick?

i'm going to be a mermaid for halloween and i want to start planning my costume now so i dont have to rush because i usually leave things to the last minute. so i was wondering where i could but bright blue lipstick, or BRIGHT purple or green? i dont want dark colors, something that really pops! thanks so much :DWhere can i buy blue lipstick?

Rickys should have, it's a costum store they have like everything humanly possible.
A nearby store. like walgreens, walmart.. and im pretty sure hot topic has it. hah :) otherwise you can try to use blue eyeliner and color yr lips.. it comes off trust me ;)
you should go to target.. they have alot of different colors of lipstick and lip gloss there =)
i dont know where you can get blue lipstick but i know if you put liquid foundatioin on your lips then put blue eye shadow on your lips then gloss them it looks just like blue lipstick
